An order in four short steps
Each product page has a small form with two fields. No account, no card, no payment online.
On the product page
Type your name and mobile number, check the country code and press the order button. The button shows the product and its delivered price.
The confirmation call
An advisor phones you from a local number, usually the same day. Together you go over the product, the quantity, the total and the address.
Nothing is sent before this call. If we cannot reach you after a few tries, the request is dropped.
Delivery and payment
A courier brings the parcel to the address you gave on the phone. You pay in cash when you receive it.
Common questions
Do I pay anything on the website?
No. The site never asks for a payment. Money changes hands only at the door.
Can I give the number of someone in my family?
Yes. Choose the right country code in the form; the advisor will call that number.
I made a typing mistake. What now?
Tell the advisor during the call. The order can be corrected or cancelled before anything leaves.
