To place an order we ask only for your name and your mobile number.
Why we need them
So that an advisor can call you, confirm the order and arrange the delivery. They are stored encrypted and shared only with the distributor who delivers.
How visits are measured
Besides its own visit counter, which does not identify you, ritmora runs Microsoft Clarity to record page views, clicks and scrolling and to spot what needs improving. Clarity can store its own measurement cookies on your device.
What we never do
Clarity never gets your name or mobile number: both fields are hidden from its recordings. Your details are not sold and you receive no advertising.
Erasing them
Write to info@ritmora.shop with the mobile number of the order and we delete your details within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep.
